"I use the Neo Mongrel with the 24 inch Standard Extension when I bike, walk or run with my 2 dogs. When I run/walk, the Mongrel is looped through a belt. When biking, I hold the leash and it is just long enough to give them some freedom, but not enough to let them get in front of me....This combo really is tangle free and is the best of any leash I have owned.
